Perhaps one of my favorite branding clients, and a lot of this has to do with our on-going working relationship. Not only did we give Sue an entire new look two years ago, but today Vivant continues to do Sue’s social media, blogging, and other marketing work.
Sue first approached us about a new logo when she was breaking off from her realtor team to go on her own, under the umbrella of RE/MAX Traders Unlimited. We researched and brainstormed a branding concept that would force Sue to stand out in the Real Estate world, and we really sat down and got to know Sue on a personal level. What we found out? Sue is elegant in her personality and character, detail-oriented when it comes to her job, and super caring when it comes to her clients.
We combined these attributes and designed a logo that was not only elegant and clean in its design, but that also showed a prestige and level of caring that clients could also infer would be shown to them. Her logo holds a gold key that plays along with her motto “unlocking new doors”. This idea quickly grew on itself to show clients how exciting and wonderful it was to start a new chapter in life with a new home, as well as open doors to new possibilities. Sue’s color palette - black, white, and gold, also evokes a level of taste and elegance that sets her above the bar of her competitors. The best part of all? Sue Neihouser literally has HOUSE in her last name. We emphasized this with HOUSE italicized in her logo!
Today, we continue to build on her brand with her social media and supporting marketing materials. We ensure that all the content out there always looks like her brand, creating a professional appearance. We have loved walking alongside Sue in the past years, watching her grow as a realtor, and pushing her out of her comfort zone. We have even done video - she has been an awesome sport!
